U Aung Kyaw Oo, Speaker, Mandalay Region Parliament and Madam, during the Ceremony of Pouring Drops of Water for Aung Tan Thar Yatana Monastery Building where Yoga Training Centre, Sanskrit Learning Centre and English Learning Centre is being opened to bring the people of India and Myanmar closer, enhance people to people contacts, also maintain the rich cultural heritage of India and giving better knowledge of English to Myanmar youth.
